Cancellation Policy

Cancel at least 24 hours before the experience start time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are not refunded, and changes made less than 24 hours before the start time are not accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Where an experience requires good weather or a minimum number of travelers, a cancellation by the operator provides an alternative date or experience, or a full refund.

Any tour-specific cancellation information shown on the selected tour page also applies to that booking.
