Tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, guest-count, pickup and travel information.

Prices and payment

Website prices are displayed in USD and apply as described on the selected tour page. Additional admission, activity, food, drink or gratuity costs are payable by the guest when listed as excluded.

Pickup and timing

Guests must be ready at the confirmed pickup or meeting location at the agreed time. Cruise passengers are responsible for providing accurate ship arrival and departure details.

Guest responsibilities

Guests should review the participation, accessibility and important information shown for their chosen tour and follow reasonable safety instructions from the guide or operator.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are handled according to the Cancellation Policy. Weather, road conditions, attraction closures or other circumstances outside our control may require an appropriate operational adjustment.
